Cindy is a health coach with a deep passion for helping midlife women break through the mental and emotional blocks that keep them stuck — especially around food, body image, and self-worth. She brings warmth, directness, and a healthy dose of humor to every conversation. When she's not recording, she's deep in research on the latest alternative wellness tools, asking hard questions, and refusing to accept that this is just "how it is" at this age.
